Board of Directors

The Board is comprised of volunteers from the community and physician representation from our various practices who subscribe to the purpose of NYFHT, and can contribute to advancing our vision. Board Directors serve fixed terms, and recruitment for new members takes place in late winter. Board Committees comprise of Board Director and volunteers from the community with the skills needed to oversee our mandate. Our standing committees include Governance and Nominations, Quality, and Finance and Audit.
