Call for Volunteer Board of Directors

We’re currently seeking passionate, community-minded individuals to join the Board of Directors at North York Family Health Team.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of a dynamic, interdisciplinary primary care organization serving over 90,000 patients in North York. As a volunteer Board Member, you’ll play a key role in strengthening governance, supporting innovation, and advancing equitable, patient-centered care in our community.

We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in areas such as governance, finance, legal, HR, risk management, or digital health, but we welcome applicants from all backgrounds who are committed to community impact.

Clinical Pharmacist

STATUS: Permanent, Full-Time

REPORTING TO: Director, Programs & Services, or their delegate

Chiropodist

STATUS: Temporary, Full-Time – Maternity Leave Coverage (75 hours bi-weekly) ending March 31, 2027, or upon the return of the incumbent, whichever occurs first.

This is a temporary position. The successful candidate will have no claim to the position on a permanent basis in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
