  • For non-urgent, free, secure, and confidential health advice, day or night, call 811 to speak with a nurse or visit Health811
  • For medication refills, contact your community pharmacy directly

Smoking and Vaping Cessation

We support individuals who are ready to make changes in their nicotine dependence from cigarettes, tobacco products or vaping products.

Overview

The Smoking and Vaping Cessation Program supports individuals who are ready to make changes in their nicotine dependence from cigarettes, tobacco products or vaping products.

Our program offers:

  • Individual counselling with a pharmacist or nurse
  • Techniques and resources to improve success with smoking and Vaping cessation
  • Optimizing the use of smoking and Vaping cessation aids if needed (e.g. Champix, Zyban, nicotine replacement therapy)
  • Access to free nicotine replacement products (patches, gum, lozenges, inhalers) for up to 6 months, with enrolment into the STOP program administered by CAMH
